**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Night 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified

**Experience:** Minimum two years of Labor & Delivery experience

**License:** RN License

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, EFM (from NCC), NRP, and Stable

**Must-Have:**
- Ability to float to perinatal units
- On-call availability: 1 shift (12 hours) every 6-week schedule
- Willingness to work nights, every other weekend, and holidays as required

**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills in managing labor and delivery patients.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, addressing any deviations from the norm.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Support and educate patients and their families throughout the childbirth process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide critical postpartum care and support.
