Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of Case Management experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Interqual, ACM preferred.

Every other weekend required. No on-call. Block Scheduling.

RTO – Always needs facility approval. must be included at time of submittal or will not be approved
