**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience required, depending on trauma experience. Travel experience necessary. First-time travelers not accepted.

**License:** Must have a valid NC or Compact license by the start date.

**Certifications:** BLS and ARRT, with specific CT registration if ARRT certified.

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in inpatient, ER, and Adult ICU settings
- Proficiency in IV starts, PACS, contrast applications, as well as CT procedures involving abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and CTAs
- Experience with Siemens equipment/scanner
- Experience with EPIC and Visage PACS unit systems
- Traveler must bring their own dosimeter (any brand acceptable; unit uses Landaur brand)

**Job Description:**
- Perform approximately 200 exams daily
- Operate in an environment with 5 rooms dedicated to CT exams
- Participate in orientation, which is 8 hours
- Provide care to all ages and groups, including acute patients in a busy 80+ bed ED
- Conduct routine CT exams
- Participate in rotating weekend calls, Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours each day (06:30 to 06:30)
- Follow supervisor-created schedules and work per unit needs
- Wear royal blue scrubs
- No floating requirement
- PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Outpatient, Level I Trauma, NICU, Biopsies, Cardiacs, Brain perfusion, and Multiplanar Reconstruction

**Requirements and Policies:**
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Must provide interview availability within 72 hours of candidate submission
- Candidates should be comfortable with a rigorous fatigue policy (working no more than 5 consecutive days or more than 60 hours a week)
- Completion of non-billable modules is necessary prior to starting and annually

The position demands a high level of expertise and the ability to handle high-volume and fast-paced environments effectively. Fluency in the unit's systems and equipment is essential.
