**Hours per Shift:** 12-hour (19:00 - 07:30)

**Experience:** Must have ICU experience. Neurosurgery experience preferred. Must be willing to work with ICU and IMC patient population. Must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years.

**License:** Must have a valid nursing license.

**Certifications:** BLS & ACLS (certified through American Heart Association only)

**Must-Have:** Basic Arrhythmia experience and pass Telemetry test prior to start.

**Description:** We are seeking an experienced inpatient Registered Nurse to work on a recently renovated 12-bed neuroscience critical care unit, providing care at both IMC and ICU levels. The role involves caring for adult patients with various neurology, neurosurgical, and stroke conditions such as ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, cerebral aneurysm, and other neurovascular diseases. The nurse will utilize strong critical thinking skills and provide interventions including vasoactive drips, hemodynamic monitoring, feeding tubes, drains, and frequent assessments. Work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing expert care. Must be open to floating to multiple units as necessary based on staffing needs, and if the primary unit does not require support, shifts will be reassigned to another unit.
