Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted TX License

  • Board Certified

  • BLS by American Heart Association - required

  • NRP required

  • Previous rehabilitation unit experience preferred

  • Must have at least 2 years experience

  • Clean Malpractice

  • Clean Background
