**Must-Have:** Qualified Medical Person (QMP) Training

**Description:**

Join a supportive and transparent team environment as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. Our facility delivers approximately 3,500 babies annually. The unit includes 14 Labor and Delivery beds, 2 Triage beds, 4 Recovery beds, and 3 Surgical Suites. You will care for a diverse group of patients, including those going through vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and various other obstetric procedures. The unit serves adolescent through adult patients, managing high-risk pregnancies and related conditions. Nurse to patient ratios are typically 1:2, ensuring quality care. The core staffing includes mid-level providers, registered nurses, surgical first assists, surgical technicians, nursing care partners, nurse externs, and clerical associates. Each shift is led by a designated team leader, and a registered nurse assumes full responsibility for all patient care.
