Workover Engineer

Responsibilities:
⢠Design, plan, and provide engineering execution support to wellwork operations post-completion, inclusive of remedial workovers, and plug and abandonment scope
⢠Liaise with Production Engineering to provide cost & scope for opportunity evaluation
⢠Develop procedures and provide design input to artificial lift systems
⢠Interface with Operations for rig scheduling, execution support, and troubleshooting
⢠Liaise with specialist contractors & suppliers for cost and equipment readiness
⢠Monitor daily progress of wellwork operations, track daily costs, and recommend cost-effective changes where necessary; travel to company designated sites when necessary
⢠Support wellwork spend forecasting and budget preparation
⢠Track, analyze, and continually improve wellwork execution efficiency; manage contractor performance; steward Wellview data quality

Qualification:
⢠Bachelor of Science from accredited university in engineering required
⢠Minimum of 5 years O&G experience; 3+ yrs direct wellwork experience (Permian preferred)
⢠Must be self-motivated and capable of integrating within multi-discipline teams
⢠Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
⢠Must be willing to travel to well locations to oversee operations when necessary
⢠Proficient in MS Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint) and Wellview; Spotfire, PowerBI, or other analytics exposure preferred
