**License:** Compact license required

**Certifications:** Handle with Care certification (provided during orientation)

**Must-Have:**
- Willingness to float to multiple units.
- Confirmation of acceptance of team and ratio requirements.

**Job Description:**
- Work in a freestanding psychiatric facility with 92 beds across 6 units.
- Flexible schedule with an emphasis on weekend availability (every other weekend or possibly one weekend shift per week).
- Staff each unit with 1 RN, 1 LPN (for medication pass), and 2 Mental Health Technicians. The team ratio can be up to 1:18.
- Respond to codes and manage de-escalations and restraints if necessary.
- Orientation spans 3 days, and days are flexible (starting any Monday or any day of the week).
- Handle with Care certification will be completed during orientation.
- Compliance required prior to start.
- Support and supervision across all units by a House Supervisor.
