**License:** Must have applicable state license
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS or RT
**Must-Have:** 1 prior travel assignment

**Job Description:**
- Perform interventional catheterization, cardiac stent placement, scrub, right & left heart catheterization, rotablader, thrombectomy, stents, PCI, PTCA, and balloon angioplasty.
- Utilize preferred skills in Cerner, acute monitoring, room circulation, ACIST, Watchman procedures, Impella insertion, and TAVI/TAVR.
- Maintain the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Scrub uniforms provided.
- Adhere to flu vaccine requirements.
- Participate in one call shift during the weeknight, Monday-Friday, and 3-24 hour weekend call shift per month, with 1-2 on-call shifts per week.
- Complete orientation with 28 hours @50% non-billable and necessary pre-start modules, potentially during orientation.

**Additional Notes:**
- All employees must have the flu vaccine, with no exemptions.
- Must provide two supervisor references.
- Ability to work without a formal interview process.
- Returning staff can reapply after a minimum of one year.
