**Job Description:**
- Prepare specimens using accepted histologic techniques, including decalcification, routine, and special staining.
- Assist in the Gross Room by maintaining accurate records of specimens, slides, and blocks.
- Support procedures such as bone marrow aspirations, renal biopsies, and frozen sections as necessary.
- Demonstrate effective communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Maintain flexibility to work specified shifts as required.
- Ensure proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Hold a minimum of an Associate Degree or have successfully completed a NAACLS accredited Histotech program.
