Great pay, strong benefits, and generous PTO If you are looking for an exceptional work family and a place to call home, this opportunity is for youThis is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not contract).Key Responsibilities:· Provides direct patient care to patients ages 55 and up under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve patient movement and function, applying exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities· Observe patients during therapy, record their progress, and report findings to the PT for review and adjustments to the treatment plan.· Implement treatment plans prescribed by the supervising PT by performing exercises, stretching, balance training, and gait training· Apply physical agents like heat, cold, or electrical stimulation to specific muscles or joints as directed by the PT.· Occasionally assist patients with DME set-upKey Requirements:· Associate’s Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program in Physical Therapy· Active, unencumbered licensure in the state of practice· A minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the elderly· Bilingual is a huge plusCompensation and Schedule:· Salary starts at $69K but can be considerably higher based on years of experience· Comprehensive benefits plan· Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM· Paid holidays and NO weekends#CMAllPandoLogic.
