The Position: We are seeking to fill a Residential Electrician position.
We are looking for someone to install, maintain, inspect, and repair wiring for residential electrical systems and components. For additional information on the job, please see the full posting.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of formal apprentice training work experience as a residential electrician
- Valid Washington State Residential Electrician Certification EL02
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
- Install, modify, and upgrade new and existing electrical systems, component parts, and other related electrical equipment in residential properties.
- Conduct regular maintenance on residential electrical equipment.
- Perform tasks associated with, but not limited to, maintaining, troubleshooting, and making repairs to lighting and electrical components.
- Inspect and make recommendations on the condition and replacement of electrical materials.
- Purchase and/or order required electrical supplies from vendors and SHA warehouse.
- Educate and instruct tenants on proper use of electrical equipment.
- Create reports as requested.
