The individual in this position represents Covenant Health and the nursing departments by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day to day unit operations of the selected specialty and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines. Required Qualifications
: Coursework/Training: Graduation from an accredited nursing school program. Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 or more years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
