**Shift:** Night Shift, 18:45-07:15, rotating weekends
**Guaranteed Hours:**
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year
**License:** Texas RN licensure or appropriate compact
**Certifications:** ACLS or ALS, BCLS or BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC (if no PALS), CPI (must obtain within 6 weeks of start date)
**Must-Have:** Candidates without these skills will not be considered
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 41-bed unit with a team comprising 90 staff members.
- Day and night shifts include 1 charge, 1 trauma, 1 unit clerk, and 9 RNs along with mixed paramedic/tech/RN mid shifts.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 core; 1:6 in fast track scenarios.
- Utilize EMR Meditech; training provided during orientation.
- Available permanent positions on the unit.
- Required skill set includes ACLS/ALS, BCLS/BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC, and CPI (within 6 weeks of onboarding).
- Uniform consists of royal blue scrubs and closed-toed shoes (no crocs with holes).
