**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 24 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 24 months of recent Cardiology Interventional Technologist experience required

**License:** Active license with no hits required; must be verified less than 30 days prior to submission

**Certifications:** ARRT, BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission)

**Must-Have:**
- Completed cover page
- Resume including all facilities, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units
- Cath scrub skills
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Flu vaccination status noted (declinations can be applied for with appropriate forms)

**Job Description:**
- Candidates with an address from a specific region on their driver's license will not be considered.
- Travel experience is preferred.
- Guaranteed compliance with background requirements.
- All facilities and departments the candidate is open to working in should be noted.
- Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept upon submission.
- All availability, including RTO (requested time off), must be less than 7 days and RTO cannot be approved in the first week or during holidays.
- Specific guidelines regarding vaccination status and background compliance.
- Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility.
