**Must-Have:**
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons
- Flu Vaccine: Required, exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons

**Job Description:**
- Seeking a skilled nurse for a fast-paced acute care telemetry/stroke certified unit.
- Must be willing to float to Med/Surg Stepdown, a sister unit, if needed.
- Required to work every other weekend.
- Inpatient unit support includes:
- Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
- 24/7 secretary
- Virtual nurses
- Medication administration pharmacist
- Backfill for a canceled contract with an immediate start needed.
- Facility does not accept local travelers; must be over a 65-mile distance from residence to the site.
- Orientation is scheduled for 8 hours.
- RTO must be specified in the profile and discussed during the interview to avoid rescinded offers.
- References from two managers or supervisors will be required for clearance to start the contract.
