**Job Title:** CT/Xray Technician

**Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 70 hours per 2 weeks
**Experience:** Will accept new graduates
**License:** Valid State License (Allowed to submit with a pending license, takes 10-12 weeks)
**Certifications:** BLS, ARRT (CT and Xray) - Prefer MRI Certification
**Must-Have:** Ability to perform CT and X-ray exams

**Job Description:**

- Interview is required - Please provide availability upon submission.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.
- First-time applicants are accepted.
- Minimal on-call is required.
- Clinicians are expected to perform both CT and X-ray exams, with a preference for MRI skills.
- The clinician will float within the facility's scope to meet needs.
- Not open to accommodating a block schedule.
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff must be separated for at least 3 months before working in a temporary role.
- Time off requests are approved individually upon offer.
- Primary cases include ER and outpatient. Great learning environment with an experienced manager skilled in people management (understanding and flexible).
- Facility provides housing and a vehicle for travelers during the assignment; both must adhere to specific availability windows.
- Housing provided as 1-bedroom apartments without the option for pets or additional family members unless pre-approved.
- Housing must be cleaned upon departure or additional fees will be charged.
- Only the traveler is authorized to operate the rental vehicle, which must remain within a 30-mile radius from the facility and not used off-road.
- Vehicle requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and must be returned clean with a full tank.
- There is a requirement to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- The hospital only accepts Hepatitis B vaccines and not titers or declinations.
- Specific systems experience (e.g., Epic) is necessary.
- Providers may receive communication devices as needed at no personal cost. If not provided, a compensation plan for work-related mobile use is available.
- Modules are non-billable, with average completion time of 16 hours; over 20 hours requires prior approval.
- Module completion is self-reported and recorded.
