**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS. Preferred: NIH, TNCC

**Must-Have:** AHA Certifications required before start

**Job Description:**

- Registered Nurse position available for the Intensive Care Unit.
- 36 hours per week with 12-hour variable shifts based on unit needs.
- Work involves responding to standardized patient care demands as dictated by the specialty.
- Must be prepared for changes in census; some shifts might be canceled if patient numbers are low.
- Engage in scheduled shifts every other weekend and holiday, possible only if low census occurs.
- Potential float within hospital when necessary.
- Required compliance involves complete documentation in compliance systems and proof of background checks.
- Completion and upload of BID, CCAP, and caregiver records within 48 hours.
- Attendance in lab sessions necessary within stipulated time post-assignment signing.
- Completion and acknowledgment of modules, which are billable up to a specified time.
- Orientation required and involves understanding of specialized care procedures.
- Acknowledge and adapt to procedural changes swiftly and efficiently.
- Must provide two supervisor references at submission.
- Compliance requirements include adherence to background checks and vaccination protocols.
- Flu vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions only considered.
- Documentation of any need for exemptions or previous system experience must be provided upon submission.
