**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum
**License:** Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in your state of residency; for non-National License Compact states, a current RN license or temporary license is required in the state where the RN works
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
**Must-Have:** Labor & Delivery and Postpartum experience
**Job Description:**
- Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
- Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Must be able to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
- Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Must have intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch, and finger dexterity.
- Critical thinking and ability to concentrate required.
- Ability to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.
- Must speak English in clear, understandable terms.
