Alta View Surgery Center is looking for qualified RNs to join their caregiver team with opportunities in multiple departments These positions are incentive eligible, including $5,000 sign-on bonus for FT caregivers. Alta View Surgery Center is a multi-specialty ASC that focuses on ENT, Ophthalmology, and Gastroenterology procedures across their 4 ORs and 4 Procedure Rooms. The surgery center is seeking additional RNs in the following departments to support the continued growth in high-quality care with exceptional medical staff:

  • OR RN
  • Same Day RN
  • Endo RN

OR RN Job Summary:
The RN caregiver assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting in their respective departments. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies. During operations and other surgical procedures, the circulator assists by acting as an intermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the surgical center.


Responsibilities:
• Performs scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and
supplies used during procedure.
• Performs circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating
patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after
procedure.
• Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing
and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
• Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.


Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.
• CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum one year in the OR, ability to scrub is a plus.

Same Day RN Job Summary:
The RN caregiver assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting in their respective departments. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Cares for patients
  • Records a patient’s medical history, symptoms, and vitals.
  • Updates patient charts and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Performs medical tasks, including blood tests and administering shots.
  • Administers medication and other doctor-recommended treatment plans.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local nursing regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and administrators.
  • Exhibits strong clinical skills
  • Demonstrates excellent bedside manner
  • Assess and take care of patients intraoperative, PACU, and postoperative.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.
• CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience

Endo RN Job Summary:
Delivery of safe patient care in the pre-Endoscopy, Endoscopy, and post-Endoscopy periods of the patient’s Endoscopic experience through the framework of the nursing process.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.
• CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum one year of endo experience
