**Experience:** Minimum of 24 months of current MRI experience required

**License:** Active Arizona license required

**Certifications:** ARRT, BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

**Must-Have:**

- Flu vaccination or declination form
- No Nursys hits

**Job Description:**

- Candidates with a home address in Arizona are not eligible.
- A copy of the driver's license must be included in the submission.
- All potential work locations and experienced departments the candidate is willing to work in should be noted to increase the chances of quick placement.
- All modifications to requests, such as time off (RTO), must be less than 7 days and not during the first week or holidays.
- Pre-closed candidates should be ready to accept promptly.
- The orientation may include specific background checks and compliance requirements.
- Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

**Notes:**

- The weekend schedule and on-call duties will be determined by the facility.

- Submit a skills checklist specific to MRI that is less than a year old.
- License verification must be less than 30 days old at the time of submission.
