Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test

**Job Description:**
- Work in a Cardiovascular Unit with a capacity of 36 beds.
- Serve a population including cardiac and neuro stepdown patients.
- Responsible for cardiac bedside monitoring, managing cardiac drips, TR bands, post-heart catheterization care, and stroke/neuro patients, as well as handling BIPAP overflows.
- Care for patients ranging from young adult to late adult (ages 18-60+).
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
- Collaborate with a variable staffing grid including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs).
- Assume full responsibility for the patients on assigned teams.
