**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Operating Room - ENT/Eyes/Plastics Surgery

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (06:40 - 19:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified

**Experience:** Must have experience with ENT/Eyes/Plastics (3 or more years). Must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years.

**License:** Must have a nursing license from the state of Wisconsin or a compact license from the nurse's permanent address state.

**Certifications:** BLS & ACLS certified through the American Heart Association

**Must-Have:** Permanent address must be 50 miles from the primary work site. On-call requirement with a 45-minute response time. Must have two professional references.

**Job Description:**

- Join a dedicated team providing high-quality care to patients within the ENT/Eyes/Plastics Surgery unit.
- Deliver care with a balance of technological expertise and a commitment to meeting the needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan patient care in the operating room efficiently.
- Communicate and coordinate operating room activities to facilitate effective surgical case progression and turnover.
- Implement safe, competent, and efficient patient and family care in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, with potential weekday and weekend shifts.
- Be prepared to float between units and locations based on staffing needs.
- Participate in orientation sessions as scheduled.
- Comply with vaccination requirements, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.
