**License:** Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission

**Certifications:** NIH Certification (current and submitted with application)

**Must-Have:** Neuro experience required

**Job Description:**

- Work in an 8S Telemetry unit specializing in neurological care.
- Float between units as required; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Weekends are required, with a schedule of every other weekend.
- Block schedules are required.
- Maintain expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 4:1.
- Complete mandatory orientation of 40 hours.
- Engage in non-billable modules pre-start and annually.
- Reports completion of modules in Workramp transcripts.
- Use of Epic for charting.
- Compliance documents need to be submitted by the Monday prior to start.
- Minimum of two supervisory references covering one year (or six months for CNAs) of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
- Candidates may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities.
- COVID-19 vaccine is not required; Flu vaccine status is unknown.
