**Job Title:** MRI Technologist

**Job Specialty:** Mobile MRI Technician

**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks

**Shift:** 4x10-Hour Days (Monday-Thursday, 06:30 - 17:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Determined by facility; may be called off one shift every two weeks

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year required; Siemens experience preferred; Level 1 Trauma experience preferred

**License:** Certification/Licenses required or accepted: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT; state license not required

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:** Epic charting experience; willingness to work holidays if they fall on a scheduled shift; flexible during hurricane season for potential emergency response duties

**Job Description:**

- Operate mobile MRI equipment and conduct MRI examinations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in a teaching hospital environment.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety during procedures.
- Work in a facility with Magnet status and Level 1 Trauma designation.
- Wear the designated teal top and black bottom scrubs.
- Complete 16 hours of orientation and any pre-start modules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including flu vaccination requirements.
- Adapt to the dynamic environment of a teaching hospital with a high volume of staffed beds.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
