**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified
**Experience:** 2 years of ICU experience required; first-time travelers accepted with 2-3 years of experience in Progressive ICU
**License:** Valid compact RN license required
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, CRRT required; CP, N, and INHPALSTNCC preferred
**Must-Have:** Must reside 50 miles from the facility; ability to float as needed
**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU setting.
- Manage patient ratios of ICU 1:2 and Intermediate Care 1:4.
- Handle a variety of diagnoses, including ARDS, sepsis, CHF, overdose, post-op complications, obstetrics pre and post care, DKA, GI bleeds, surgical high risk, dialysis CRRT, HD, and PF.
- Document patient care using the EPIC system.
- Rotate weekend shifts as required.
- Engage in a brief orientation for floating to like units within the scope as needed.
- Complete required modules during onsite orientation, averaging 4-6 hours.
