**Shift:** Saturday/Sunday/Monday 0630-1900 ER/OR/ICU
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 hours per week
**Experience:** Preferred: One year full-time experience as a certified or registered radiologic technology professional.
**License:** Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
**Certifications:** ARRT credentials in the radiologic technology specialty as required by the hiring department must be current upon hire.
**Must-Have:**
- Proficiency in radiography techniques
- Experience operating and maintaining radiographic equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments and assess, treat, and care for patients of varying ages
**Job Description:**
- Perform advanced level professional work in exposing and processing radiographic images and fluoroscopy examinations.
- Operate standard and portable radiology equipment to perform radiographic examinations and fluoroscopy studies, including intravenous pyelography, cystography, gastrointestinal series, and body section radiography.
- Assist physicians and perform specialized imaging procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems regarding equipment and/or film output.
- Act as a resource and mentor for other Radiographers and students.
- Participate in training programs to enhance radiology skills and become proficient in producing images of a patient’s body in other modalities.
- Maintain records, inventory, and equipment for the area of primary responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
