**Job Description:**

- Operate CT equipment for capturing diagnostic images.
- Position patients to obtain appropriate CT exams and perform patient screening prior to the exam.
- Perform quality assurance tasks following relevant guidelines and assist with accreditation processes.
- Independently manage and transfer patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer contrast material based on specific criteria and demonstrate competency in equipment use.
- Wear a radiation monitor at all times and maximize patient protection against excessive radiation.
- Accurately interpret physician orders and clarify when needed.
- Maintain familiarity with departmental routines, scheduling techniques, record-keeping, and procedures.
- Utilize and navigate medical imaging software proficiently.
- Ensure departmental cleanliness and manage orderly storage of materials.
- Maintain professional affiliations and stay current with certifications and professional ethics.
- Rotate within the department for coverage and participate in assigned committees.
- Perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulatory standards.
- Uphold the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
- Handle all other duties as assigned.
