Commercial Cleaning Site Supervisor

We are hiring for a Commercial Cleaning Site Supervisor

Qualified candidate must have a valid drivers license, be willing to travel within a 30 mile radius, have management and housekeeping/janitorial experience.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of commercial cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organization skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff
Conduct regular inspections of work areas
Train new staff
Develop and implement cleaning schedules
Address issues or complaints
Monitor and enforce compliance of health and safety regulations
Ordering supplies

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and materials
Exceptional organization skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Excellent leadership skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
