**Job Title:** Level 2 RN ICU Full Time

**Shift:** Rotating Day/Night (7a - 7p / 7p - 7a), Full Time, 36 hours per week (3-12 hour shifts), including weekends and holidays

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Not specified

**License:** Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse

**Certifications:**
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification within 90 days of hire

**Must-Have:**
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer literacy

**Job Description:**

- Participate in a rotating schedule for day and night shifts, with weekend and holiday rotations required.
- Ensure patient safety and promote dignity, respect, and well-being.
- Provide comprehensive care appropriate to the patients’ age group, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Assess and interpret patient data to identify needs and deliver appropriate care.
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications and licensure.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Expected familiarity with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Possess knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan.

Please note: Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association and TNCC is recommended within 2 years of hire.
