Must-Have: Cerner experience, completion of all MyJourney modules prior to arrival

Job Description:

- Work as a Cath Lab Tech with X-ray experience.
- Participate in a shift schedule of 12-hour days with every other weekend required.
- On-call duties include one night per week and one weekend per month; the call crew stays until all daily cases are completed and will have the day off after being on call.
- Gain experience working in a facility with 4 rooms and handling 15-20 cases per day.
- Use the Merge Hemo system and potentially work with Siemens/Phillips equipment, though prior experience with this equipment is beneficial but not required.
- Work in an environment with a charge nurse during the day and a circulating nurse after hours.
- Enjoy the possibility of holiday pay as holidays are optional.
- Provided with ceil blue scrubs.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and respiratory therapists, with ventilators and respiratory therapy involvement during relevant cases.
- Pharmacy services are available 24/7.
- Handle procedures using specialized equipment and techniques including laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, and angiojet.
- Work in a STEMI receiving center with a high volume of STEMI cases, requiring comfort with critically ill patients.
- Required to have experience with peripheral and coronary circulation experience. Familiarity with Merge is appreciated.
- Two days of unit orientation provided; no floating required.
- Hospital may cancel up to 3 times per contract, with the option of full or partial shift cancellation or remuneration for full hours.
