- Responsible for managing 8 labor beds, 12 postpartum beds, and 4 special care nursery beds.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced skills in neonatal resuscitation and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Engage in continuous education to stay updated with the latest practices in labor and delivery nursing.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
