Job Description:
- Work in the Pediatric Critical Care float pool as a Registered Nurse
- Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, totaling 36 hours per week
- Responsible for floating within scope to meet facility needs to various Pediatric units
- Maintain appropriate ratios of 1:2/1:3
- Will float to all Pediatric units as required (CVPICU, NICU, PICU)
- Prior experience with ECMO and CRRT is preferred
- Shifts include every other weekend and holiday rotations
- Acceptance of first-time specialty nurses with required experience
- Will consider locals within a 60-mile radius at a reduced rate
- Candidates with a South Carolina RN License in hand will be prioritized
- Compliance with all necessary certifications and requirements for the position
