- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and document progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and post-discharge care.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and follow established protocols.
- Participate in continuous education and training opportunities.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain infection control standards at all times.
