**Must-Have:** Oncology experience
**Job Description:**
- Provide exceptional care in a 37-bed bone marrow transplant unit.
- Work collaboratively within a team of 82 nurses and 7 patient care technicians.
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality care with a patient ratio of 3:1.
- Utilize Alaris Pumps and Meditech electronic medical records.
- Administer chemotherapy and manage neutropenic fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medications.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a strong culture of teamwork.
- Engage in innovative CAR-T research, contributing to the development of potential cures for blood cancers.
- Join a supportive and passionate team dedicated to helping patients overcome cancer.
