**Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM); Night 3x12-Hour (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 Hours per Week
**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
**License:** Required
**Certifications:** BCLS
**Must-Have:** Reliable Transportation
**Job Description:**
- Work in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility.
- Night shift schedule with 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the next.
- Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:15 to 1:25.
- Open to accommodating block schedules.
- Expected to float between like units and all facilities within the state.
- Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius at the same rate.
- Complete an orientation program of 40 hours.
- Charting using Net Solutions system.
- Required to have the COVID-19 vaccine, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
- Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a similar specialty/setting.
