**Job Description:**

- Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care for an adult intermediate care facility.
- Flexible with floating between units and possibly to nearby affiliate hospitals.
- Primarily responsible for maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:7-15.
- Weekend work required, no more than every other weekend.
- Non-block scheduling; flexibility with work schedule needed.
- Requires completion of 40-hour orientation.
- Expected to work 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
- Committed to attending scheduled work days with limited RTO.
- Communication devices provided for work duties.
- Complete non-billable modules before start date.
- Familiarity with a short-term acute care facility environment is preferred.
