LCSW-C/LCPC - BH Advanced Clinician Position Requirements

Education

Master's Degree required.

Required License and/or Certification

LCSW-C or LCPC required

Substance Abuse license and/or certification required or willing to obtain within one year of date of hire.

Experience

One year of working with substance abuse is required.

2 years of behavioral health therapy or counseling experience required (internships count) - 5 years preferred.

Training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family therapy, and supportive therapy preferred.

LCSW-C/LCPC - BH Advanced Clinician Benefits

At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
