**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours/week

**License:** Pending state license accepted

**Certifications:** ARRT MR and BLS required

**Must-Have:**
- Experience with Siemens MRI equipment
- Experience in an MRI operating room suite preferred
- EPIC charting system experience preferred

**Job Description:**
- Looking for an experienced MRI technologist who can efficiently operate Siemens MRI equipment.
- Preferably, the applicant should have prior experience working in an MRI operating room suite.
- The MRI technologist will support and assist neurosurgeons in the operating room suites with MRI imaging setup and performance during operations such as:
- Brain MRI-guided laser ablations (RF, Visualase, LITT)
- Brain MRI-guided craniotomy procedures for lesions and tumors
- Brain MRI-guided deep brain stimulator evaluations and lead placements (STN, GPI, VIM)
- Other cases as needed
- Shifts are Monday through Friday day shifts, including one Saturday a month, and potential holiday work if it falls during the contract.
- Daily caseload per technician: 100-150
- Weekend work is required every other weekend; on-call is not required.
- Experience with outpatient/inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma, teaching hospital, NICU, and adult ICU preferred.
- Preferred skills include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, breast, spine, musculoskeletal, CINE, diffusion, gradient echo imaging, image post-processing, MIP, MRP, perfusion, peripheral magnetic resonance, spectroscopy, spin echo images, surface coils, T-1/T-2 weighted images.
- Prefer that applicants can work with two out of the three software used.
- Current scanners: Siemens Espree, Trio, Aera, Skyra, Sola, Vida.

Note: Flu vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
