**Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist with a specialty in RRT to join our team for night shifts. Candidates will be expected to work in ICUs and floors and must have experience in airway management and medication administration. Specific requirements include handling endotracheal tubes, extubation, nasal and oral airway suctioning, tracheostomy suctioning, sputum collection, and medication administration involving various inhaled treatments.

Additional responsibilities include management of nebulizers and oxygen therapy devices such as high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), and proficiency in ventilator management including BiPAP, CPAP, and weaning from mechanical ventilation. Competence in ABG interpretation is necessary.

This role requires dedication to patient care, and the ability to work every third weekend. Reductions in time off are restricted to ensure patient care continuity. Epic experience is a mandatory requirement due to our charting system.

Candidates should have a flexible mindset to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Note that local applicants within a 75-mile radius are not eligible for this position. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute significantly to patient care.
