**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years required
**License:** Valid state license required at the time of submission
**Certifications:** BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
**Must-Have:** References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
**Job Description:**
- Serve in the Emergency Department with responsibilities for a variety of patients ranging from low acuity to high acuity.
- Work in a Level II Trauma Center with a substantial average daily census of 220 visits.
- Handle cases including stroke, STEMI, trauma, critically ill, and behavioral health needs.
- Participate in a high-acuity and busy unit setting, with mandatory shifts every other weekend.
- Familiarize and work with EPIC charting system.
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby as needed.
- Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements; medical/religious exemptions and declinations are allowed.
- Fulfill orientation hours upon commencement of the assignment.
- Commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays listed: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day.
- Be prepared to work in a supportive environment that treats travelers well and encourages extensions.
*Note: Failure to fulfill floating assignments may lead to termination of the assignment.*
