**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 22:30), Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (may fluctuate)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)

**Experience:** 1 year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience required

**License:** Active license required

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BCLS)

**Must-Have:**
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to float between like units
- Comfortable with varied scheduling

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility.
- Maintain patient ratios ranging from 1:15-25.
- Wear any basic color scrubs.
- Utilize Net Solutions for charting.
- Participate in 40 hours of orientation.
- Complete non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours; over 20 hours requires prior approval.
- Be open to floating between facilities within the state.
- Have a minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a similar specialty/setting.
- Prepare for communication device requirements if necessary for the assignment.

Please note that COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements are currently unspecified.

Prepare to submit monthly cell phone bills directly to the agency if a cell phone is not provided.

Modules are to be completed pre-start and annually, with completion recorded in Workramp transcripts.
