**Job Title:** Registered Nurse
**Job Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER) with float to Medical-Surgical
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Contracted Hours
**Experience:** 2 years required - At least 2 years in Emergency Department (ED) and 1 year in Medical-Surgical
**License:** MN state license (can be pending)
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, TNCC
**Must-Have:**
- General Emergency Department experience for combined Adult/Pediatric care
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Willingness to float as needed
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
- Medical/Religious exemption form for COVID-19 Vaccine if applicable

**Job Description:**
- Work as an ER Registered Nurse with occasional floats to Medical-Surgical as needed.
- Potential floating to nearby facilities, set schedule to be determined.
- Participate in block scheduling based on unit's needs.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a critical access facility.
- Handle patient ratios during the day of 1:4 and nights of 1:6.
- Lab work and fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signing the contract.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
- Comprehend and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism.
- Complete necessary orientation hours prior to starting shifts.
