The Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position offers remote work opportunities for qualified therapists seeking to launch or expand their private practices. Headway provides support by managing insurance credentialing and billing, allowing therapists to focus on patient care while maintaining a flexible schedule. Clinicians can conduct therapy sessions through telehealth or in-person, supported by marketing resources and patient referrals to grow their caseload.

Wage: Between $90-$122 an hour
