Drivers living in selected locations are given the ability to be home most weekends. Our goal is to get all drivers home regularly and often.

We currently have a $2000.00 Sign on bonus paid out over the first 12 months of employment for experienced Flatbed and Van drivers available.

  • Van Driver Trainees can earn up to $58,000 in their first year
  • Exp. Van Drivers at Royal Trucking Company can earn $72-$78k per year.
  • Flatbed Driver Trainees can earn up to $61,000 in their first year.
  • Exp. Flatbed Drivers can earn $85-$100k per year at Royal Trucking Company.

Royal trucking company is now offering a regional opportunity for Van Drivers and Flatbed driver.

Drivers are paid for all miles both empty and loaded. RTC has a 401k, health, dental, vision insurance and membership in a credit union all equipment is 2020 or newer all trucks have inverters, APU with automatic transmissions and refrigerator.

A lease purchase program is available for drivers interested in purchasing a truck no money down, no credit check, no balloon payment at the end of the lease. $1.25 a mile VAN, $1.35 or 73% a mile Flatbed. All miles plus fuel surcharge and bonuses
