Prototyper IV

We are seeking a talented Prototyper IV to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to investigate, design, and prototype experiences, shaping the foundation for innovative AR and AI wearable products that can deliver strong user value with the potential for widespread market success. As a prototyper, you will rapidly construct interactive prototypes to inform decisions on AR and AI wearable hardware and articulate the vision for the software experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Rapidly create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and inform product decisions.
Collaborate with other designers, prototypers, researchers, and technical teams to collect feedback to iterate and improve the quality of the prototypes.
Give and solicit real-time feedback from others in order to improve the quality of the product.
Partner effectively with PMs, engineers, user researchers, and content strategists to explore AR and AI product visions that hold strong user value.

Skills:
Strong experience in Unity prototyping and development.
Solid programming experience in C# (Javascript, C/C++, and Python are preferable).
Experienced in designing and prototyping interactions in AR/VR.
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability are required.
Basic ability to visualize in 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design.
Proven problem-solving experience and experience overcoming challenges.
Experienced in prototyping AI or LLM interaction is a huge plus.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in CS, HCI, Design, or relevant field or equivalent work experience required.

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
