The Baylor Heart Hospital Plano
Registered Nurse - 5 CUB
Patient Population: Heart, Lung, and Vascular
Shift: Full Time / 3/12’s / Days
Type of Cases: This is a Cardiovascular Universal Bed Model unit that spans TelePCU to ECMO. CV Surgeries, LUMBAR, ECMO, CRRT, Balloon Pump, Impella, CRRT. Very demanding, no push/pull, can’t be un attended in restroom.
Patient Ratios: CVICU 1:1, ICU 1:2, PCU: 1:3, TELE 1:4 
Required Experience: Knowledge in common Cardiovascular ICU Procedures, Hemodynamics, medications. You must have (1) one year (prefer 2 yrs) of recent, full-time Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU and Cardiovascular PCU/IMC.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
MAJOR - Nursing
EXPERIENCE: Candidates MUST have minimum (1) one year (prefer 2 years) or more of recent full-time experience in Telemetry, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cardiac Intermediate Care or Cardiovascular ICU
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
