**Experience:** Minimum 1 year required; 2+ years Neonatal ICU and Pediatric ICU critical care experience preferred

**License:**

**Certifications:** NPS, PALS, NRP

**Must-Have:**
- 2+ years of Neonatal or PICU critical care experience
- Advanced skills in managing ventilated patients
- Proficiency with non-invasive ventilation such as biPAP and CPAP
- Ability to independently admit and manage vented patients using Servo U ventilator
- Experience setting up and managing heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive methods

**Job Description:**
- Work in a neonatal/pediatric respiratory unit using equipment such as Servo U & Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, and heliox therapy
- Attend pre-term deliveries and manage neonatal care, including Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high-frequency ventilation
- Document care in the Epic system
- Adhere to scheduling requirements for 12-hour night shifts
- Meet patient experience requirements and promote a supportive work environment
- Comply with dress code by wearing required Hunter Green uniform
