Required Skills: MD or DO degree with valid medical licensure in Indiana or eligible for licensure Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Proven experience in obstetric and hospitalist medicine Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior locum or hospitalist experience Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of three years of obstetric practice experience in a hospital environment Previous experience working in Indiana healthcare settings is a plus Other Requirements: Availability to work weekends, particularly Saturday and Sunday shifts Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana Willingness to travel, if applicable, with reimbursement for travel-related expenses when applicable This position offers an hourly rate of $214.50 and provides comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and personalized support from a dedicated team committed to your success.
