**Job Description:**

- Perform technical procedures and assist in the clinical evaluation and care of patients.
- Utilize specific modality to create diagnostic images and provide patients with a safe and positive experience.
- Practice and enforce radiation safety measures in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations.
- Support teaching and continuing learning as technology evolves.
- Prepare and administer dosages of radiopharmaceuticals and contrast media.
- Prepare and position patients for scanning and operate nuclear medicine instruments and imaging equipment.
- Responsible for radiation safety, quality control procedures, and disposal of radioactive materials.
- Monitor work area and patient rooms to ensure compliance with NY State regulations.
- No on-call responsibilities required.
